Legend has it that during the wedding of King Matiash I, a raven flew into the church and stole his wedding ring - an event said to foretell disaster. His young queen died soon after. 7 | Vajdahunyad Castle | 61-70 | 2,300,000 | 2,160,000 | 1,500,000 | 40
This castle isn't technically a castle at all. It was built of cardboard as part of the Millennial Exhibition. It was so popular, it was replicated in stone in the early 1900s.
8 | Szechenyi Thermal Bath | 71-80 | 2,670,000 | 2,000,000 | 1,650,000 | 30
A local hot spot in more ways than one, it's the perfect place to witness the various ways residents multi-task while bathing in the healing waters - including an on-going, in pool chess game.
